Forgery? overprint 'URUNDI' on 15 c brown and black:

Other overprints, such as "Kigoma" or "Karema" are bogus overprints, unofficially made by local postmasters.

A stamp with a "Kigoma" overprint to be used for
Ruanda-Urundi, however this overprint is considered to be of
non-official character.

In 1924 more stamps with overprint of Belgian Congo with overprint "RUANDA URUNDI" were issued. Ruanda-Urundi got it own stamps with inscription "RUANDA-URUNDI" in 1931.

Ruanda-Urundi became independent in 1962 and formed two countries, Rwanda and Burundi.
