Wei Hai Wei (China) issued some fiscal stamps (under British influence). These stamps were issued in the Great Britain key fiscal type: :
"ONE CENT" on 1 p red and "TEN CENTS" on 3 p.
Also seen a 2 c on 2 p green stamp in a similar design.
The values 50 c on 1 Sh green and 1 $ (red) on 1 Sh green also exist (larger sizes).
