Forgeries exists of both the above stamps. Genuine stamps are handstamped and not perfect. Forgeries are usually too perfect. Source: http://www.stampcommunity.org/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19285

Very dubious item, modern reproduction?

Forgery, impression too neat and the characters are different
from the genuine stamps. Next to it a similar product in black.

Most likely a forgery, impression too neat.
Some typical cancels:

The only genuinely used cancel on these stamps was the 'vanity
cancel' leaving the head of the ruler untouched.
Fiscal stamps exist in a similar design with inscription 'BHOR STATE RECEIPT STAMP'.

1880, the following values were issued: 2 a black on lilac, 4 a
black on red, 8 a black on green and 1 R black on yellow.

Bhor fiscal stamp with inverted center, left probably genuine.
The stamp on the right hand side looks like a forgery to me.
